1. You must be of legal age to join and promote KaceyKash.

2. Content Usage:

All content provided by KaceyKash must retain the original copyright/url stamp. Any alteration of copyright or usage of images for purposes other than promotion of ClubKacey.com will result in immediate termination of partnership and forfeiture of all monies owed. Any page displaying content obtained from KaceyKash must have a banner or text link back to ClubKacey. You are not permitted to use our content to create member's areas or for any other reason than to promote ClubKacey.

You are NOT permitted to use any content from our member's area without written permission. Additional content can be arranged by contacting steve@kaceykash.com.

3. Rules On Traffic:

You are free to generate traffic by any method that is not in violation of the terms herein. Sending hits from any URL's that contain and/or promote child pornography, bestiality, spam e-mails, or any other site we deem illegal will result in the IMMEDIATE cancellation of your account.

No Spamming

Do not Spam! We do not authorize anyone to advertise our site in this manner.

4. PAYOUTS:

We use CCBill for our rev share program. We accept membership payment via credit cards & checks. All of which are processed through CCBill. Payments are sent out weekly.

By signing up under the KaceyKash Program, you agree that:

a. You are at least 18 years of age and are legally empowered in you jurisdiction to enter into contracts.

b. You have carefully read and agree to ALL the terms, conditions and rules set forth in this submission.
